We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
4. In-Person Dining
When visiting Baby's Marché in person, you agree to:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in a manner that disrupts the comfort or safety of our café environment.
5. Catering & Special Orders
Catering enquiries and large or special orders are subject to a separate agreement and deposit requirements. All catering bookings must be confirmed in writing. Cancellation terms for catering orders will be outlined in your individual booking confirmation.
6. Allergens & Dietary Information
We take care to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies, but please be aware:
Our kitchen handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, nuts, eggs, and shellfish
Cross-contamination may occur despite our best efforts
Customers with severe allergies should inform our staff before ordering
We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens
Baby's Marché cannot be held liable for allergic reactions resulting from failure to disclose allergen information at the time of ordering.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
For online or advance orders:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund
If we are unable to fulfil your order, a full refund will be issued
For in-person purchases, refunds or exchanges are final sale and handled at our discretion and on a case by case basis. We are committed to making things right if something falls short of your expectations, please speak with our team.
8. Intellectual Property
All content associated with Baby's Marché including our name, logo, menu designs, photography, and website content is our property and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.
You are welcome to share photos of your visit on social media. By tagging or mentioning us, you grant us permission to repost your content with credit.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Baby's Marché may use third-party platforms for ordering, reservations, or payment processing. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.
